Tiffany Young, Ed.D, LCSW

Dr. Young is an experienced social work leader, educator, and clinical supervisor with over 14 years in the field. She co-founded The Clinician’s Compass to help fellow practitioners navigate their careers with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

Alice Joy Kirk, LCSW

Alice Joy Kirk is a seasoned clinician, trainer, supervisor, and co-founder of The Clinician’s Compass. With 18 years of experience serving diverse populations, she specializes in trauma, co-occurring disorders, and neurobiologically-informed care. Alice brings a whole-person, resilience-focused lens to every aspect of her clinical and leadership practice.
